4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered member of paytime, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws in the Philippines and your place of residence. You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any fraudulent activity.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on paytime — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By using the platform, you acknowledge that all balances and transactions are denominated in PHP and that no foreign currency conversion is applied on your behalf.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the methods available in your account and are subject to identity verification requirements.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
paytime reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms, suspected of fraud or abuse, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending transactions at the time of account closure will be handled in accordance with standard processing procedures.
